By all means, why Mammootty cannot do the role of the doctor?He can definitely do the same role of Mr Mohanlal did and it will be in high success too.

its really funny i thnk Mr vasu don’t have sense to cast the actor rajani destroyed that character what mohan lal did it natural way. All malayalees knows that mamooty cant perform that roll as mohan lal did. Both mamooty and mohan lal they are grat performers both have different value and style.
