If it is tru, I will say this is a foolish action. It gives a green signal to terrorists and pakistan to improve their activities in the region. Pakistan will push more terrorists whom are already ready to cross the boarder. should never loose the security at any cost. And the country has to pay heavy for this action. Indian government still not learn nothing from the past. If we are bending in front of pakistan & terrorists even god cannot save our country.
